Our Story

Born and raised in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, we started this crazy adventure back in 2007. Today, we still make every batch from scratch. Our gourmet caramels are handcrafted and preservative-free. They are made with 100% natural ingredients and a whole lot of love. We do not use corn-syrup or high fructose corn syrup, and almost all of our caramels are gluten-free. We pride ourselves in being part of the good-food movement with our clean-label.  Our award-winning caramels are soft in texture, rich in taste and melt-in-your-mouth.  We love making, eating and sharing the best caramels in the world.

Becky Scarberry is best known for her award-winning caramels and fast-paced entrepreneurial spirit. As the founder of Becky’s Blissful Bakery, she guarantees her products are handcrafted using only the highest quality all-natural ingredients, with a clean label and no artificial flavors or preservatives.

Since founding Becky’s Blissful Bakery from a stove in her small kitchen, Becky turned her delicious hobby into a flourishing business. Her gourmet caramels have been nationally recognized for their rich, buttery flavor and are available coast to coast in numerous venues, from specialty and boutique retailers to mainstream grocers and online stores.

Becky has been a speaker, author, educator and business leader; additionally she has won many entrepreneurial accolades and awards. For years, Becky has not only grown her business but continued to help other entrepreneurs along the way by educating and connecting them with food-industry resources. Her drive to innovate, dedication to her community, and genuine personality have all contributed to successful partnerships with other leaders in the good-food movement.
